This is a very strong hold I use when sleeping or typing to keep my wrist really still. Especially helpful on my bad days when my wrists hurt just by moving them a little. I have a more flexible option for everyday use, but it's definitely comfortable and sturdy. There is a small bean bag that sits in the palm of your hand so your hand doesn't feel too loose. And it draws pretty well, even with my small hands.
