Review on 🍨 Vollrath 0.75 oz Stainless Steel Disher - Size 40 by Monica Miller

I am a professional baker and this size works best for my cookies. Slightly smaller than you'd want in a retail cookie, but that's the size I want. When picking up cookies for home, parties, or gifts, I fill the scoop just below fill level so the cookie is a perfectly acceptable size and isn't too big or skimpy. I bought it a few months ago and was waiting for a review to see how it turned out. This is PERFECT for my needs. difficult conditions. I used this spoon at my work either every day (at least 60 cookies) or every other day from mid-May to mid-October. Sent through an industrial dishwasher with no problems. At home I hand wash in hot soapy water. You really have to move the ratchet/spatula part a few times to make sure the cookie dough comes out. It easily handled the toughest cookie dough filled with fries and nuts. a piece but I expect it to last for years. Excellent investment. I haven't used the old-fashioned "scoop batter with a regular tablespoon and scrape it with another spoon" method in 30 years. Once you get used to a ratchet cookie scoop, you need speed and consistency. I would highly recommend this Volrath #40 Cookie Scoop.
