I bought this chair because I have a 55 inch TV and wanted to sit a little closer when gaming. My couch isn't exactly around, so I figured this chair might do the trick. First of all let me say that this chair totally blew me away along with my expectations: - The chair is comfortable, I tested it for an hour and a half this afternoon and I felt great. My height is 5 feet 11 inches. " and I fit in perfectly. - The sound is amazing, much better than I expected. - Yes, you have to plug the chair into an outlet and you have to plug it into the TV, but it doesn't really I have used the audio out 3.5mm from the tv to connect to the chair, if you want to use this option I recommend a longer cable as the one that comes with the chair isn't that long without any problems on my iPhone, I'm just me not sure how to go about this.I will use it.The only negative thing I can say about the chair is that it is quite heavy and it will be painful to move.
