The design and concept is great and everything worked perfectly for a couple of weeks. The device is fully adjustable. The phone can be "fed" well in the "cradle" position. The latch works well, holds the phone. However, after a few weeks of use, the tightness of the assembly disappears. Initially, the base of the "cup holder" can be tightened to hold the "phone platform" firmly. When I tried to tighten it even more to mitigate the increasing "wiggle" the threads broke after it stopped - now it's impossible to tighten the base. The shaking is exacerbated by the hand supporting the phone. There is no stability at all, the main parts cannot be assembled into a closed unit. Some wobble is to be expected and can be fixed, but the phone's mount on top of the mount now moves in big increments in all directions. I think the material (plastic) and attention to detail/user testing and testing are showing their limits. Disappointing purchase as it looked like the best solution for a while.
