Review on Master the Art of Stealth Freerunning with Take Flight Training Program by Bob Taylor

I noticed these little bits of plastic a few months ago, but couldn't prove they were from the shoes. I took out the insole and am still trying to find the problem. Apparently there is some kind of plastic lining around the heel (second photo). You can feel them crunch. These shoes are too expensive to be so poorly constructed. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with these shoes in the returns window so all I can do is pay upfront and hope to spare you who are reading this.
