We're trying to switch to more environmentally friendly products, so we gave them a try. We benefit from this in the same way as from ordinary sponges. The price difference is not big, so we will keep ordering. I've heard that it's better to throw out sponges once a week for up to 10 days, as any product of this type starts to get moldy and smell bad. Using it for too long can lead to the spread of bacteria. I will cook them in boiling water to slow down growth, but it's better for our health to throw them away when they get too smelly.
