The OEM pump was over $130 so I decided to try it for $20. - I bought two for insurance in case one breaks down. The first failed after 15 minutes. The second failed within 30 minutes! Both pumps seemed to heat up quickly inside. I heard him still making noises after the rejection. Now for some creative thinking as we've been on the water for a week! I suspected the pumps were overheating. I took a ziplock plastic bag and filled it half full with ice, put it on top of the fuel pump and the generator kept running while I changed the ice! So if you buy one of these, bring a bag and some ice cream!
