Poor quality of computers and accessories

The connection cable on the device is not fully seated in the connection. The device comes with a note from the company owner stating that they want you to be 100% satisfied. I emailed and he promptly sent a replacement. The only problem was that the replacement had the exact same problem. If I were the owner and had a problem the first time I would check the unit before sending out a replacement. My money was refunded but it was very disappointing. It's been a month and now I have to find a replacement.
