I googled the best back brace for men and came across a consumer guide for this product, luckily it came from Revain and was the right place to download. I'm always on my feet at work, sometimes standing 10 hours a day, and being tall doesn't help because I bend over so much. I never knew how bad I was treating my spine until I found this product. I like that it fits like a backpack and is easy to adjust. Keeps my shoulders back and my chest wide. The tighter I pull it on, the less my arms fall forward, which corrects my posture. I've been wearing this product for over a week now and what I love even more about it is that it really reminds your body of proper posture. As soon as I start slouching, my back and shoulders start to hurt and I adapt to fix it. I'm not sure how long you should wear it, but during my work shift I feel like I can work longer as I don't worry about pain as often. I will say a day before that I am not wearing any product, my back will let me know soon after. I am satisfied with this posture corrector, I would recommend it to everyone.
