The posture corrector is easy to use and carry. It definitely keeps my posture different than what I'm used to, which means it takes some work to adjust at first, but it's worth it; it makes it easier for me to breathe and I can hold my posture better for a short time after putting it down. As a plus-size person, I wished there was more padding and an adjustable vertical strap; It doesn't sit comfortably on my middle back, instead sitting high which is a minor annoyance.
