This is very inconvenient. It digs into the armpits and hurts them. Pressure on the neck. It's not easy to put on. It can't be worn under clothes, it's very conspicuous! I can only wear at home. I wore it for a few hours yesterday and will wear it for a few hours every day when I get home from work. Despite everything, I'll give him a chance. I can say that he definitely keeps my shoulders back and I sit/stand more upright with him. I'll update the review in a few weeks to let you know if it helped after all this pain.
