Review on HRiQ Cloud by Roberto Evans

I like how easy it is to use with employees who are new or unfamiliar, yet have been using other tools for many years! Benefits include being able of see all employee info (HR forms/benefits) in one place as well scheduling an upcoming vacation request that has not even started till next week already available when we log into our PC's!! No complaints so far but am excited at what this platform can do eventually once implemented more features added etc - be patient though you will need some time before seeing results since there may take awhile getting familiarized wtih system. Easy to use and customize. I like being able to create my own modules and customize to my needs. I dislike that there is not a mobile app, and that we have to use a web browser to access our employee portal. It would be nice to have a mobile app. We are using this to create and track our new hire onboarding and orientation. It is a great way to organize our onboarding process and keep track of information.
