Goods receipt; looked good worth the price. When I opened the box, there was no memory card. The instructions are useless. Should have read the other reviews (my bad one)! Not user friendly at all, the funny thing is that management spends more time on what you can't do with an item ie ownership, rules and regulations. As a high school teacher and somewhat literate person, skip these for another brand. I look forward to my refund and "launching" this item to the owner, operator, etc. Oh don't violate their trademark, they will find you ;-)
