Incorrectly advertised/changed description after submission!

False advertising! When I placed my order he said it was 13 pounds of wipes which would be at least 3 packs. I received the package and immediately realized it wasn't £13. I opened the box and there is a pack of 256 wipes. I would not pay the amount I paid for a package. Now if you look at the description it has changed and no longer says 13 pounds. Shady shadow business!
