Easy to use for medical products

This is my first try and one of my girls is less resistant to it. When I gently touch her gums and teeth she seems less resilient and lets me do so for a few seconds. She seems to like it more than the toothspray. As long as she lets me put my finger in her mouth, I think she likes it. Is there any help I'm not sure as she is an old dog and has problems with her teeth.
