I liked my first DVD player so much that I decided to buy a second one. I use this unit when I'm cooking dinner while a video is playing and I love that I can watch my old favorite movies in the kitchen without disturbing others who are watching TV in the other room. The screen is full size and bigger than my laptop. The sound quality is very good and I just love how easy it is to use and carry around in a box with a handle. Most laptops no longer have built-in DVD players and I no longer have to worry about updating the DVD drivers on the laptop's external DVD player. I could even hook it up to my big screen TV if I wanted to, but I love that it's my personal, easy-to-use DVD player. I have many series on DVD that I can now watch without any problems.
