A good tool for my money (I took it for 12900), it keeps the system, the sills are in place, they don’t rattle, the neck is straight and even. The strings are dead, but I always change to new ones after buying a guitar, because stock strings are rarely (almost never) good. Upon delivery, they were packed for a long and complicated transportation (a bunch of stretch film and bubble wrap, a layer of corrugated cardboard and a box). Does not shine, matte (a plus, because you have to polish a very glossy surface).
