Review on BlenderBottle Shaker Bottle 24 Ounce Black by Steven Doty

So it seems that the black version has all the leaks that seem. I just made my first smoothie, put the lid on with all my might and shook the contents. I had purple berries and a green smoothie on my shirt/pants and on the floor. I inspected the top, pressed the flat part around the lid, I didn't hear a sound, but when I put my finger in the top lid of the spout and pressed right in the center of that hole, I heard a slight click. It definitely doesn't click, just closes it with the flat part around the spout cover. When I say the spout lid, I mean the part of the lever that closes the spout. Shame because it's such a nice blender bottle, but if I have to hold the lid while shaking, it's not worth it. I would have preferred a cheaper shaker with a simple screw top, not a flip top. 2 stars for not very good design.
