The most important feature is that it supports all major browsers (IE/Firefox). It has very good support for mobile devices as well which makes testing easier in remote locations with less expensive equipment than using desktop computers only to run tests. There are some minor bugs but they have been fixed over time so you should not worry about them too much unless there's something really serious going wrong. We use this software at work where we do regression automation of web applications written mostly by other teams within our organization. This helps us ensure quality across different products without having developers from multiple product groups working together or relying solely upon manual QA processes done manually via UI testers who may also need help when things go awry during their process flow.
