I have one bottle empty and the second half empty. I think this has gradually improved the health of my gums as they no longer bleed when I brush and floss and no longer hurt. It's good. However, I found that I was beginning to lose my appetite because my sense of taste was impaired. I also found out that the mouthwash was the culprit. I used it at night and the next day my tongue was numb and the taste was bland. I don't know if that's supposed to happen either, but after rinsing my mouth out and spitting it out, clumps of mouthwash get caught between my teeth and all over my mouth. There is also a sink. I don't know why it sticks. Anyway, since I bought 4 packs, I keep using it. I mean it helps my gums. And now when I use it, I wipe my tongue with a tissue to make sure there's less of it left so my tongue doesn't go numb. It helped a little, but once I'm done packing I don't think I'll be buying it again.
