We recently switched to Telepo from another provider and I couldn’t be happier! We had tried to use other providers previously and always found ourselves struggling to get any sort of a plan together and with every new request we would be hit with additional costs.

We used to end up paying over $300 per month just for phone services alone (without data). With Telepo, we now pay only $180 per month for a complete business package. Not only does Telepo save us money, but it has made our lives so much easier. One of the best parts is that if you need any help at all, the staff are there for you – 24/7. If you don’t understand something, they will go above and beyond to explain it to you and get you back on track. I wouldn’t recommend Telepo to anyone looking for a traditional telephone service provider. Instead, I would recommend them to people who want to take advantage of technology to increase productivity, simplify communications and make running a business easier.

Pros
  • I used to do everything myself and now I can sit back, relax, and focus on my work while having all of my contacts and information right at my fingertips! I can even schedule conference calls whenever I want through our calendar system.
Cons
  • This is not really a con, but I wish you could send multiple emails.
