Easy Setup and Great Customer Service

It is very easy to use. I have been able to set up my new business phone system in less than 30 minutes. The software is very user friendly. I also love how it works so well over wifi. We are still learning all of its features but we can see many uses already. They provide great customer service via email or even by phone if needed. There was only one time that they did not respond within an hour after contact was made. Otherwise this has been excellent! Nothing at this point. This has helped…

Pros
  • Remote access without downloadable client app., ability connect mobile devices (iPhone & Android) through cloud based remote services such as Skype® Video Calling
Cons
  • It is hard to say

We used to end up paying over $300 per month just for phone services alone (without data). With Telepo, we now pay only $180 per month for a complete business package. Not only does Telepo save us money, but it has made our lives so much easier. One of the best parts is that if you need any help at all, the staff are there for you – 24/7. If you don’t understand something, they will go above and beyond to explain it to you and get you back on track. I wouldn’t recommend Telepo to anyone looking

Pros
  • I used to do everything myself and now I can sit back, relax, and focus on my work while having all of my contacts and information right at my fingertips! I can even schedule conference calls whenever I want through our calendar system.
Cons
  • This is not really a con, but I wish you could send multiple emails.
