The word reel is good, but only when it actually works, which is about half the time. First, to attach the cable, you must stop pulling EXACTLY when it clicks. Pull half an inch past the click and it won't snap. This is an extremely annoying feature. Second, I can't tell you how many times the spool failed to fully retract the cable. It's like it loses steam in the last 6 feet of line and I end up having to push the line in to pull it back instead of the spool itself pulling the line. All in all a rather flimsy cable retractor design if you ask me. .
