The most important thing i like about this is the integration with google apps.The system works well and its very easy too use.Its a great product and i would highly recommend it for small businesses who want an affordable service. I dont have any dislikes or complaints. Its a great and cheap software for call centers. It has helped our business in many ways such as having an extra office worker when needed and also having a cheaper solution than using a traditional phone line. Call center solutions are expensive but this software helps keep costs down and i am able to solve problems quickly with less people being involved.
