Our 5-month-old German Shepherd puppy had severe jumping and biting problems before this tool, as well as general disobedience despite exactly the same training only with commands. We watched many videos on how to use this tool properly to avoid disappointment for us and our new pup. After a few days of training with the same commands and her "low working level" (learn how to find the right level for your dog, it's LIFE!) she now responds like a completely different dog. She is so proud of herself now that we have a better way to communicate our desires, be it a safe play of gentle touching with an 8 year old. Or stay in place when they say "place" to her (area indicated). I cannot praise the Dogtra training collar. For those unsure if this is humane. See how Cesar Millan uses the same line of products.
