They tear very easily. I barely pulled it with my finger just to do a tear test and it broke immediately and I did it all over the polymer just to make sure it wasn't just me. I'm confused by all the reviews and think maybe they switched to a new vendor through the same sales link. I'm not sure but I don't recommend them and I'll be back. I mean plastic mailboxes. They are thin in design so the most important thing is that they don't tear and the product stays in the package. I had already completely torn the polymer up with no product in it so I don't want to be that person and get a one star rating from someone. I don't recommend them if you have a small business.
