These filters usually work very well with the Biocube. However, after not being able to find them at my local store, I ordered them here. It turns out those filters have been recalled since February because of some type of chemical contamination. At first I didn't smell it, but when I got home from work and found lots of dead pom pom crabs and snails falling off the jar, I smelled a strong odor of gasoline. The whole box smelled of gasoline. Until you fix this problem, don't buy!
