Review on 💡 Decorative Non-Dimmable Candelabra Incandescent Replacements by David Gibbs

Amber bulbs have BEAUTIFUL light!

The amber bulbs have just arrived and I was so pleased I took a picture of them for publication, but I can't tell which photos are of yellow LED bulbs and which are old incandescent bulbs! (I put one in a candlestick with an upward frosted beige glass shade and one in a salt lamp - I know salt lamps need heat to release negative ions but I just want them to illuminate the bathroom for the vanity - sees out cute and you don't need a bright overhead light in the middle of the night, plus the company appreciates a warm glow to remind them where the door is). I would highly recommend these lamps and the company has excellent customer service. I originally ordered the clear ones because I thought amber was orange (it's not) and I didn't really like the clear ones - very cold, unfriendly light. The company saw my review and encouraged me to return it and order the amber ones - I'm so glad I did! I have 4 rooms that are very dark at night and they scare him a little bit when my grandson arrives so I want one of those rooms to go into all of those rooms every time he's here - and you know what - I can run ALL 4 1/2 watts per bulb 24/7 for only $2.10 a year - not a month - a year!), using 12 cents kWh on my electric bills. (A lightbulb that runs 24/7 costs 0.53 per year). In addition, incandescent lamps burned out all the time - they last a long time. Here's my first review of the clear bulbs: I ordered the clear ones and I don't like them at all. Even my 5 year old grandson said they were ugly lol. It works well in my salt lamp and at 1/2 watt puts out almost as much light as a 15 watt incandescent, but it's not as warm and inviting. Standing in the main bathroom, it used to be very inviting for guests, now it's just a light. In the night light it is an ugly almost blue light. I would have ordered amber but didn't think it would be bright enough for a salt lamp, now I feel like if it were darker at least it wouldn't be so cold. If you want brightness and don't care about the tone, they are ideal as they give off a lot of light. To be honest I would like to exchange them ;-(
