It took me 2 months to get used to this product and it's not working to any good. First, when unfolded, the casters had to be at the end of the cart handle so you could steer. You can't operate it with a very short, long handle with caster wheels on the other end. The grip is too weak to steer the handcart in any direction other than straight. It would be great if you could use this as a flat furniture cart, but it needs to be flipped over so all 4 wheels touch the ground and the grip gets in the way. I'm sure a lot of effort went into the development of this product. Unfortunately, none of this is very practical.
