Falls apart after a few uses
Updated review: I originally liked these knives but now they fall apart (blade falls off) every time I use them. Not recommended as they don't last long. Old Review: First, they are a lot heavier and seem more durable than I expected. I've only used them once but so far so good! So far I have peeled kohlrabi and carrots and they have been very smooth and light. I didn't have to visit the sites more than once.
