I love this bag. You put the whole bag in the freezer. The gel packs are located in the inner lining of the bag. If your bottles are already cold, they stay cold in this bag. It actually contains 3 if you don't use a divisor. Ideal for outdoor walks. All my girlfriends want it. Guess what they're getting for Christmas?
