First, my measurements are 5ft 3in, 195#, 35in waist, 45in hips. I ordered a large and they fit great. They are very soft and comfortable. They didn't move at all when trying to run 5km. You have tummy control and compression. They are also knee tight and a bit thicker than my 90 degree leggings. (obviously I'm a pear) I would suggest taking a size up by 1 and if you're taller than me then you know they're shorter on your legs. If you're not losing weight like me I would take a very big one. I did 5k at 95° and was fine and I think they will work great in the fall/winter as they are thicker material. I plan to buy more flowers
