My boys (1 and 3) love to play with my tape measure so I decided to get my own. I gave up on the toy version because it has a folding handle that would be too heavy for my 1 year old. I came across them and they are perfect. Perfect size for small hands, convenient retract button and light weight. This Christmas each boy has 1 stocking and they love it very much. I no longer have noise when they play with my full size metal or worry about it falling on my little toes. I appreciate that they came in packs of 3 so I grabbed one. I'll definitely be using this instead of the old fashioned for quick home use (dress measurements, mailing lists, etc.)
