These are compression stockings so I recommend ordering a size up if you don't like the tight fit. I am ordering these for my friend because he needed new socks and he is very picky about socks so I thought it would be a good experiment. We went for a 4 hour walk making Pokemon and he said his feet didn't hurt at all even though he injured his ankle a few days earlier. Later in the day he felt that maybe they were a bit tight but decided to go ahead. At the end of the night he told me he really liked the socks, they offered good support on a busy day and he said they kept his feet dry which he loved which no other socks ever could. I say if you have sensitive feet, order one size up for more comfort. They appear small when you receive them but they stretch a little.
