I bought this to mirror my Galazy zFold3 phone screen on my 65 inch Roku TV. For this new cable I got today, I had to "play with it" to get this new HDMI cable to work. It works, but it wasn't easy to get it working. It could be a combination of TV, zFold3 and an app called Sling. Well, anyway, I got it working. So I stream Sling TV on my phone to Roku TV via HDMI cable and charge my phone at the same time. One problem is that Roku TV keeps losing the HDMI connection. Reboot multiple times. Removing all cables helped, restarted TV. This problem may be in the Roku software. This HDMI cable works with the Galaxy zFold3. It's not instant "plug and play". I don't know how that can be with all these different smartphones and all these different TVs. I would buy this HDMI adapter and cable again. If you can't get it to work, keep trying. Update: I solved my phone keeps disconnecting issue, here it is: Remove the HDMI adapter. Turn off and unplug your Roku TV, or turn it off for a few seconds. Turn on TV. After switching on, select the HDMI port on the TV that you want to use. Then plug the HDMI connector into the TV's HDMI port, which is already connected to your phone. It connects like magic. You may need to change your phone's connection settings to remove the disconnect message. Maybe ROKU can fix this in future TVs. Technology changes very quickly.
