After returning GooDee, Yaber and Fangor projectors in this price range for various reasons/defects/disappointments, I gave this one a try. Of the four I've tried, this one is the least nimble, but it works where others haven't. It also has the best built-in speakers of the four. It was fairly easy to get into Netflix and Disney+, the 3.5mm speaker jack worked as expected with my Bose Soundock (note that most Bluetooth-enabled projectors in this price range give you sound and video that are out of sync , so if it's a concern you only want to use the 3.5mm jack) and streaming from iPad to HDMI via Lightning worked as expected. I also really appreciate the 4D digital keystone correction. This allows me to position it on the side so we can easily use the fire pit and watch a movie at the same time. Focus is fine, but it's mostly a kid's toy or the occasional family movie night in the backyard, so it's fine. Ease of use was what I needed and it's easy to use. One thing I had to figure out was the mouse mode. For example, to switch profiles in Netflix, you need to switch to mouse mode so you can hover over the icon to switch profiles. You cannot navigate there in any other navigation mode. On the other hand, Disney+ allows you to change profiles with normal menu navigation. But in the end I don't think it's going to give me the headaches that I've gotten from other brands, so this is a winner for me. Just plan on using it at zero light as again it's not as bright as the others I've tried.
