Looks like I received my return. I looked for a manual, all the pages were torn out except for the cover. At least leave the other pages in the box! I had to search the internet for instructions. Found that I was missing parts (non-slip rubber for the collar). Then no matter how hard I try to twist a part, it becomes uneven. Low quality. I trusted this product because it had a high rating. Disappointed in the end, returns are a problem as it's so heavy. Incredibly disappointing. Update: One of the arms cannot support the weight of the monitor. I continued tightening the screw and after a few minutes it is still slipping and looking down. I, on the other hand, have the same monitor, everything is fine. The other monitor looks further down. Emphasize this and the return process.
