Had to go back to Panasonic when the LED display failed after 2 weeks of use. It looked like the perfect pocket camera, but I barely had time to test it. I expect it will take at least two weeks to receive a replacement plus my shipping cost and there is no guarantee that the replacement they provide will not be used or repaired. Bought for an upcoming trip and may not have returned in time. Very disappointed in Panasonic. Feel like they don't endorse their products. Update: Camera shipped via UPS to Panasonic repair facility in McAllan TX. UPS tracking shows it was delivered on Friday 6/14. was delivered. Contacted Panasonic on Wednesday 06/19. The web service representative reports "Unable to get device information at this time." The response to a phone call was that the repair shop was undergoing a remodel and there were no records. Your service was even worse than I feared. Bought a similar camera from another manufacturer as I have no idea when this camera will be returned or replaced. I repeat, I am very disappointed in Panasonic. Second update on 7/3/13: Contacted Panasonic today for a status update. Camera found defective but "no replacement available at this time". I am very disappointed in Panasonic and their service. Now they've owned the camera longer than I have. 3rd update 7/9/13: Received a replacement unit yesterday, a month after sending it back to Panasonic. The refurbished unit comes with a 90 day warranty to replace a camera I bought new less than two months ago. I am not a happy customer.
