As a life coach, I appreciate businesses that put their clients first. Regrettably, I had a negative encounter with Wingslove. The customer service is subpar, but the assortment of clothes, shoes, and jewelry is excellent. I had trouble reaching the company's customer service department when I had an issue with my order. The agent I dealt with was uninterested in helping me and the response time was long. The shipping process was also less effective than I had planned. My package arrived more later than anticipated, and the offered tracking information wasn't always correct. Despite the high quality of the products themselves, I was let down by the lack of care given to the needs of the customer. As a life coach, I understand the significance of providing excellent client service and swiftly resolving any problems that may arise. Unfortunately, Wingslove fell short of these goals.
