I really need a mini food processor. I figured I could just rush over to WalMart and grab one, but that's not the case. So I went online thinking this would be an easy fix. UNTIL I started seeing all the brands and variations of what sellers considered "mini". There were even processors for 12 cups in the kit. The? But things got really bad when I started reading reviews of what I thought was the perfect product for me. Pooh! I stumbled across this Kocbelle as one of the deleted listings at the bottom of the Revain page. I've never heard of this brand, and it's an odd name even. I read reviews that were surprisingly good. There were a few downsides, but I was tired of making a decision and figured I'd only lose $20 if it failed. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised! Note that I wasn't looking for a wireless mini-processor. I didn't even know such a thing existed and didn't see it as a specialty to sell. But it's actually a very handy feature. This little guy is: - very easy to use - great for chopping garlic, ginger, onions - charges very quickly and holds the charge very well. So it really did what I bought it for. Didn't think I would use it for anything other than chopping small amounts of garlic etc. BUT I decided to just give it a try for something more robust. So today I tossed in 1/2 cup oatmeal and ground it up. I then mixed them up with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, egg and salt and put them in the little guy, really expecting it would just get bogged down and leave me in a mess. IT WAS WONDERFUL! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KOCBELLE MINI PROCESSOR. Note: I made pancakes with my test mix and they were delicious (see picture). My Kocbelle made it so easy to prepare a super healthy and very decadent breakfast.
