The camera is great. Definitely an improvement over the old Logitech 480 I made. 2 things kept me from giving this product 5 stars but not everyone will necessarily find these issues. 1. No zoom function. Or there is one, but it is inactive. The camera didn't come with any software and when I googled I couldn't find anything other than a driver update which I did. This is only a problem for me because I'm streaming and don't have much space for the background. The camera shows so much that I had to change the whole setup and do a few things to get a proper picture.2. The light is pleasant but not sufficient. It's good, don't get me wrong, and it works, but weak. It adds almost no light and only if you're about a foot away from it. For example, if you place it on a second or third monitor, or even use the included tripod and place it a few feet away, the light will be useless and you'll still need another source. At night I have to juggle two household lamps with a portable one I bought to get illumination that illuminates me but not all behind me. Aside from those two complaints, which really only bother me because I use it for streaming, this is a great camera to recommend. I would buy it again. *cough* if I could get the zoom function to work.
