Review on PetSafe Microchip Installation Battery Powered by Sherri Lee

We love the product as it does what it's supposed to. The customization was a little tricky as we didn't know how to integrate the exterior trim (see image). Also, our wall is made of 2x6 studs, so it needed 3 tunnel extensions, then the long studs weren't enough, so we had to adapt them to that. However, we all like access. It's been installed for almost 2 weeks and our kitty uses it to get in from outside but doesn't like using it to get out. She doesn't like the click when she unlocks, so we haven't used the auto-lock yet, but she's getting used to it and should use it soon. Programming her chip was very easy, but make sure you program it before installation (as instructed in the instructions) to avoid hurting the lock (or the cat).
