Welding and assembly quality is very good. The size and curves are perfect, if anything the outlet tube is made a little long so it can be cut. According to the manufacturer, this device has a "premium charge" of precious metals (compared to 099-1662). I've been driving for two months with no problems. I didn't replace any other exhaust system components, I simply cut out the old coil and fitted this with the 41948 coupler and a couple of clamps. I replaced the gasket but reused the mounting screws/springs. The only problem is that the Bosal mounting flange is thicker (actually better) than the Toyota OEM flange, so the mounting bolts have to accommodate that extra thickness. Still worked fine.
