I bought this and other skirts from the Eastside Collection a few years ago. T-shirts or sweaters of any color will suit them. There are also some with a matching pattern. They are so cute for my "girls" and a nice replacement for tops/t-shirts/sweaters or tops and jeans for everyday wear. Most dresses are overdressed or made for summer. This is a year-round skirt. Use a light t-shirt or t-shirt in the summer and a heavier and warmer one in the winter. They have an extended waistband with Velcro so you can make some adjustments to fit both the waist and the length, fitting either higher or lower on your dog's waist. This picture is really not true. The background is brown and the colors of the peace symbols are bright and vibrant. As with all Eastside Collection clothing, if you know your dog's measurements and follow the chart, you can be confident in sizing. These are well-tailored and high-quality clothes for your puppies.
