These lights work fine but you should be aware that they have a specific +/- polarity. However, I can't find any reference to which pin is positive and which is negative. There are no marks that I can see. To make matters worse, the plugs are in no way protected against folding over. The good news is that there doesn't seem to be any harm if they are connected with the wrong polarity. All that happens is that the light on the power supply is dimmed or turned off completely. When you see this you know the connection is reversed and all you have to do is reverse the connection for the tube to light up. Recommend using a sharpie to mark which direction the connectors should be placed for later use.
