Only one pair works

A pair arrived in working condition. It's been great so far. The other pair doesn't work at all. I needed a pair for an online school for my 9 year old. I wanted a second one for my preschooler. They seem really good when they work. But I'm disappointed I paid so much for a working pair. However, with a sick husband and two homeschooled children, I cannot go to the UPS branch to return these items. Therefore, my return window will likely close before I risk bringing the infection back indoors. Update: The seller contacted me and sent a new pair. The replacement works very well. Quality control should be a little better, but customer service is excellent. I would deal with Simolio again.
