Some of these sheets reflect black light somewhat. I carved some stars in blue for a glowing party. The stars varied in size from half an inch to a quarter of an inch in width. This cut is so good. Out of 100 stars I've only had two that didn't fit perfectly and that's because my material pulled off the mat for a moment. The clutch was easy. 20 seconds for 310 degrees. I was very happy with this vinyl.
