I was looking forward to using this gimbal over the holidays but instead I am very disappointed with the purchase of this gimbal. Operating the box was not easy for me, the cameras were always pointed in the wrong direction. It was difficult to work with the thumb. The gimbal motor was always on so your videos are shaky and you can hear the motor humming in the background of the video you are recording. I would like to recommend this stabilizer to everyone as it is not expensive. The price of the product is great with a coupon to add to your order, but the quality and performance of this product is lacking, so please don't waste your money,
