Read the reviews and make up your own mind. I needed 8 gauge wire for a few amps to put in my boat. The wire is ok but I have to agree with others that it's not the best quality. Common use of my wire stripper resulted in the coating being stripped along with 50% of the wire. The strands are so thin that they come off like hair. I found that I had to carefully use a razor blade to remove the outer coating so as not to cut the strands of wire. Even twisting the wire will cause some of the threads to "crumble", but I did.
