I installed two of these on my new system, one with OS and within two days I was getting a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD). I even unplugged and reinstalled both of them, BSoD still occurred. My computer is very new but I am using it for grad school and would like to notify the OEM that I received a defective drive. I will contact the company via support when available. Has anyone else encountered this problem? ------------------------------------------------ -- - ------------------------------UPDATE: I reached out to Silicon Power regarding this, their maintenance and customer experience has been great. Gave me concrete steps to fix the problem. I obviously didn't want to format my drive, but I did after getting angry about getting 3 BSoDs in 10 minutes. I formatted it and updated the BIOS, currently I haven't encountered the previous problem. They even provided me with RMA forms when Revain didn't take my action for a replacement (I never did). with my request for your product.
